How much is this horse trailer worth? - stock trailers for sale

1985 "Circle" 37-'10 Packhorse tilt horse / stock trailer is on sale and I am curious to know whether the price is reasonable. I find nothing like it on the net for the comparison. There is some rust around wheel arches and seams, but not much. The floors are in good condition, a carpet on top. The tires must be replaced, and I'm not the brakes and wheel bearings.

There are some specific pros and cons behind in general, but the price of 2200.00 I am very interested. Is there a book trailer Blue system or how to determine whether it is a reasonable price?
